Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team members, we’ve made it onto the FORTUNE Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ list for the fourth time! To create the list, Great Place to Work^® reviewed anonymous survey feedback from nearly 840,000 employees working in the financial services and insurance industry in the U.S. The questions covered several topics, including employee experiences of trust, opportunities for reaching one’s potential, daily innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of the leadership. We’re excited to rank #14 nationally among small- and medium-sized companies in the industry!

While reflecting on the recognition Grow has received this year, our CEO, Thomas Feindt, remarked, “People have asked me, ‘What’s the secret over there at Grow?’ For us, it’s not the processes and procedures. The secret really is the people who work here — the more than 550 people that give their all to each other and their communities.”

In an incredibly difficult year, our entire team pulled together to face the unprecedented challenges with a common focus on our mission to serve people, not profit. One Grow team member said, “As an organization we take pride in our ability to build relationships with our members, as well as our fellow team members. We’re demonstrating on a consistent basis how we serve people, not profit.” This sentiment was echoed by numerous comments, as many team members reflected on their personal commitment to serving people as the heart of their career. Since I have been with Grow, it feels like everyone wants you to succeed in the position you’re in. Grow is definitely a great place to work!”
